Hewitt Charles (Walter) March 24th 2026 Peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, (surrounded by his loving family in his 82nd year) dearly beloved husband of Violet, much loved father of Kenneth (Karen), Trevor (Paula), Sharon (Ivan), Peter (Christine), Elaine (John), Diane (Phil) and Gareth (Yasmin), an adored grandfather, great-grandfather and a dear neighbour and friend.
Service of Thanksgiving in his late home 56 Foyle Crescent, Newbuildings on Thursday 26th March at 12.00noon followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired (cheques made payable) to Dementia N.I. c/o Mrs Ruth Hay, Funeral Director, 24A, Church Road, Altnagelvin, Londonderry, BT47 3QQ.
(House strictly private during the wake, everyone is welcome to attend the Funeral on Thursday).
