The death has occurred of:
Charlie DOHERTY
DOHERTY, 10th January 2026, peacefully at his home, 17 Iona Court, CHARLIE, beloved husband of Eileen, loving father of Seán and Aíne, devoted granda to Seanín, Oisín, Conán, Caoirse and Flynn and great-granda to Rían and Ruadhán, cherished son of the late Geroge and Roseann, and a dear and loving brother of Mary, George, Martin, Margaret, Bernie, Vincent, Carol and the late Pat and John, caring father-in-law to Paul and Shauna and a dear brother-in-law. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle, his neighbours and friends.
Charlie will be reposing at his home on Monday 12th January from 4:00pm to 10:00pm and on Tuesday from 11:00am to 10:00pm.
Funeral leaving his home on Wednesday 14th January at 10:50am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 11:30am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
