The family of the late Christine Ward would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all our family, friends and neighbours for the kindness and support shown following Mum’s passing. Thank you to everyone who sent cards, messages of sympathy, visited her in hospital, attended her funeral service, or offered comfort and support during this difficult time.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses, consultants, Ward 6B staff and the Palliative Care Team at the Ulster Hospital for the compassion, dignity and exceptional care they gave Mum during her final days.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to Norman McBriar & Sons Funeral Directors for their professionalism, kindness and guidance throughout the funeral arrangements and the care they continued to provide afterwards.
A very special thank you to Donna Spiers for conducting such a beautiful and heartfelt service, and for the care, compassion and support shown to our family throughout.
As a family, we have been truly overwhelmed by the love, kindness and support we have received from our close family and friends in the weeks since Mum’s passing. Your thoughtfulness has brought us great comfort and will never be forgotten.
We love and miss our Mum more than words can express.
