We, the family of the late Ciaran Mullin, wish to convey our gratitude to everyone who expressed their sympathy during our recent bereavement. To the Mullin and McGinn families we cherish your love and support. We would like to thank all those who attended the wake, shared memories, sent cards and messages of sympathy. Your support and friendship has been a great comfort at this sad time.
Thank you to all who attended the Requiem Mass, some people travelling long distances to do so. We extend special thanks to Father Michael O’Dywer for his comforting and heartfelt words, we are grateful for his ongoing support. A special thanks to the Alter servers (Eve and Caolan) for their contribution during the mass. We would like to commend the Neill and Broderick families for the beautiful hymns and music during the service.
We wish to thank all medical staff who supported Ciaran during his illness; his oncology team in Altnagelvin Hospital, District Nurses, Grange Family Practice and Marie Curie.
Thank you to our neighbours and friends who supported us, especially Michael Donnelly and Family (Hilltop Flying Club), PD Coaches, PRO Hire and those who provided food and who helped diligently during the wake. Thanks to Farley’s Beragh for providing refreshments at Altamuskin Community Centre after the Mass.
Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Errigal Ciaran GAC. We are indebted to the entire community for their support during Ciaran’s illness, the wake and funeral. We were particularly moved by the show of respect at Cardinal Macrory Park and Guard of Honour at St. Marys Church, Dunmoyle. Thank you for this gesture of respect and support.
We wish also to express our gratitude to Leo Donaghy, Funeral Director for his professionalism and for the dignified way in which Ciaran’s funeral was conducted. Thanks also to those who prepared Ciaran’s final resting place.
We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere and heartfelt thanks to everyone who has helped us, we are truly grateful. Rosemary, Sarah (Niall), Peter, Joseph (Jenny) and grandsons Leo and Jude.
Ciaran’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday the 30th of January 2026 at 7 P.M. in St Mary’s Church, Dunmoyle.
