It was great to have you as my partner in General Practice on the Springfield Road all those years ago. I’m sorry that I didn’t hear of your passing until Anne Campbell kindly informed me on Messenger.

It is difficult to find words to express our feelings of sadness and loss on the passing of Dear Tom. He was a warm and loving presence in all our lives. We had many happy times together. Our brother, brother-in-law and uncle, he was also our great friend.

Tom was a friend and colleague to those who graduated from QUB Faculty of Medicine in 1984. We at the Reunion Steering Committee 84' have recieved many kind and thoughtful words about Tom from fellow graduates including his gentle nature, sense of fun, wisdom and kindness. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Mary and family Oonagh, Michael, Ruairi, grandchild Holly and extended family circle. TMcG
