I’ll never forget your signature chilli chicken on ciabatta, or the chilli con carne with the Heatwave Doritos (Michelin Star!!), and your wee hints about getting on with homework. Bonding with you on the M&S GM floor meant so much - your loving nature, your dry, witty humour, and the way you skipped about, so at peace and happy because of your family. Most of all, thank you for letting me into a slice of your family - it was brief, but the best part of my life. You raised a beautiful family. Xxxxx
