All of us here in the Internal and EU Audit Unit of DPER, Republic of Ireland, the Audit Authority for PEACEPLUS, are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear colleague. Paul was very highly regarded and a joy to work with. He will be sadly missed. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
