Always ready with a helping hand or a kind word, he led by example and inspired those around him.
As Saint Basil said, “A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who does courtesy reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.” His life was a true reflection of these words. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love he so generously gave.
Out of our lives you may have gone, but in our hearts you still live on.
