I've known Mickey since our school days at the Abbey and then at University in Liverpool. We've always kept in contact and my mother (Rasaleen) was good friends with Mickey's mum. Mickey was a caring, funny and witty man who always had a funny tale to tell. He was a good friend to so many people giving them hope and help. He will be sorely missed. Rest In Peace my friend.
