Smyth - The Officers and Members of Upperlands Royal British Legion Branch and Club Committees deeply regret the sad passing of William Smyth, Railway View, Upperlands. William was a former Vice Chairman of the Club committee and a lifelong supporter and volunteer in all aspects of RBL work. We wish to extend our sincere sympathy to the entire Smyth family circle.
