Dear Nana Pat,
It feels so hard that we have to say goodbye. We already miss you more than words can say.
We will always remember your beautiful smile, your warmth, and the way you made every one of us feel so deeply loved and special. Thank you for every memory you gave us, for your kindness, your gentle heart, and the endless love you poured into our family — even from the other side of the world.
You were so adored by Cooper, Hunter & Ellie and the love you gave them will stay with them forever. We will always treasure the laughter, hugs and precious moments we shared with you, especially during your last visits back to Australia. Those memories mean everything to us now.
Our hearts are broken, but we feel so lucky and grateful to have had you in our lives. We will carry your love with us always, and you will forever remain in our hearts and in the little moments that remind us of you every day.
