I am deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Sandra and I wanted to reach out to share my condolences to her family and to say how much it meant to have worked alongside her over the last number of years.
In the world of agile delivery, she was very much my voice of reason — the Jiminy Cricket on my shoulder who quietly, wisely, and consistently kept me grounded. More than once, her perspective, calm judgement, and integrity stopped me from overstepping in meetings and helped steer discussions to a better place. That guidance made a real difference, not just to me, but to the teams and work we supported together.
She brought clarity where things were complex, balance where conversations were difficult, and humanity into spaces that sometimes forget it. I’ll always be grateful for her support, her honesty, and the trust we built through our work together.
