A massive Arsenal fan, a lover of darts and sport, and a man who always had a good joke ready. You always made me and Ian laugh, and we’ll never forget the memories we had with you.
I’ll always remember texting you when Arsenal lost — and you not texting me back for weeks! That was Uncle Jim all over.
When I was a wee man, you’d take me out for a burger, and I’ll never forget the day I was in tears over my first wood splinter. To me it felt like the end of the world, but you just bit it out, problem solved, and off we went for a Whopper burger.
You’ll be greatly missed, Big Jim. The Gunners now have a true angel watching over them.
