Sincere condolences to the family and friends of Hugh Desmond “Des” Gibson on his passing.
I had the pleasure of selling Des a foal, “Spotlight”, a couple of years ago, and he went on to be a very lucky horse for him. It was always lovely to see the success and enjoyment they shared, and it is a memory I will always associate fondly with Des.
Thinking of all his family and friends at this very sad time.

Dessy was a great friend of ours at the Dublin Horse Show for many years. He had a brilliant knowledge of horses and was a true showman. He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
