Sorry to hear that my dear aunt Sheila has died, she and I had a special relationship it was her that I stayed with when I first went to school in Belfast.
When she and Gerry came to North America on a visit many years ago they arrived at our door in Toronto with three friends, they stayed overnight and talked my late wife and I into driving to Montreal to a party that weekend.
I saw her on a visit to Belfast a couple of years ago by now she was in a nursing home on Fort William Ave. and as I was walking towards her she was able to call out my name.
Rest well Sheila you were one of a kind.
