The children Diarmáid, Feargal and Gráinne, the wider Semple and Brady families would like to thank all those who have shared their stories, friendship, support and grief for Didi in these difficult few weeks.
We are deeply appreciative of the kindness of dear friends, neighbours and work colleagues aswell as all those who travelled long distances to be with us, sent mass/sympathy cards, floral tributes/donations and messages of support or provided food and refreshments.
Many thanks for the guard of honour from work colleagues of Didi and colleagues of his children’s .
We are sincerely grateful of all medical/nursing staff whom cared for Didi especially in the last few weeks.
Many thanks to Fr. Declan McGeehan for his support, dignified celebration of mass and the lovely eulogy, to Charlene and Ramon for the beautiful music throughout the mass and to Didi’s dear friends/family for the music at the graveside.
Extended appreciation to McClafferty Funeral Directors for their professionalism and guidance in arranging the funeral.
The children would like to give a special thanks to The Semple and Brady family’s whom helped, supported and participated in the mass.
As we are unable to thank everyone in person, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation’s.
Didi’s Month Mind Mass will be held on Saturday 7th March at 6.30pm in Our lady Of Lourdes Church, Steelstown.
Didi will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace.
