The family of the Danny Hegarty wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to our family, friends and everyone who attended the wake and funeral of our beloved daddy and granda.
A special word of thanks to the first responders Vincent and Brian, the ambulance crew and our daddy’s neighbours Jo, Gary and Rachel, we will be forever grateful.
We would like to thank Fr Shaun Doherty for his comforting words and prayers during the wake and funeral, to Lauren and Bethany Doherty for the beautiful singing during the funeral mass and to Eamonn McLaughlin Funeral Director, Carndonagh and W J O’Brien & Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton, for their professionalism and guidance during a very difficult time.
We would like to thank all those who brought food and helped at the wake, anyone who sent messages, cards and called to pay their respects and to all those who travelled to attend the wake and funeral, it is very much appreciated. We would like to say a special thanks to our daddy’s friends for all their support.
Danny's month mind mass will take place on Sunday 25th October at 7pm in St Eugene's Cathedral.
