The family of the late David Gilchrist would like to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised with us in our recent sad bereavement.
Thank you to all who sent cards and messages of sympathy, attended the wake and funeral service, gave donations to the Robinson Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Fund or helped in anyway. A special mention to his supportive neighbours in Clough who visited and helped out on numerous occasions
Thanks also to all the staff in Antrim Area Hospital and the Robinson Memorial Hospital who provided exceptional care and treatment for David in his final few months and to Braid View Medical practice and Community staff who supported him over the past few years .
Thank you to Jacqueline Johnston, Delightful Bites Catering for providing the refreshments after the funeral service and Clough Glasgow Rangers Club for allowing us to use their premises.
Special thanks to Mr. Andy Williamson who conducted the funeral service in such a personal and thoughtful manner and for providing David with pastoral support over the past few years
Finally, thank you to D.J.M. Robinson & Son for the professional and caring manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
