We, the family of the late David McMurray (Bessbrook) wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported us during our recent bereavement of our Dad.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended David's wake and funeral, sent cards, flowers and messages of support. Your kindness brought us much comfort.
To our families, friends, neighbours and everyone who helped in any way, through visits, phone calls, bringing and serving food at the wake, your support meant the world to us.
A special word of thanks to Dalla, who cared for Dad. You truly meant the world to him and to us, for which we can never thank you enough.
We would like to thank Rev. Alan Synott for the beautiful services both at the home and church, and to Trevor for providing the lovely music.
Many thanks also to William Conn, Simply Good Catering, for the tea, sandwiches and pastries after the service. It was simply beautiful.
We thank everyone who made donations in lieu of flowers for Christ Church, Bessbrook. The church was close to David's heart.
Finally to George Preston Funeral Directors, our deepest thanks to Gavin for his thoughtfulness and professionalism as he ensured all arrangements were carried out with both dignity and respect. Your care and support, both then and afterwards has made a difficult and heartbreaking time a little easier for us, by both you and your team.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
