The Family of the late Mr. Desmond Paul of 4 Draperstown Road, Tobermore, wish to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to all those who offered support and kindness during their recent bereavement.
To everyone who sent cards, messages of sympathy, left comforting comments on the Facebook page, called at our homes, telephoned, attended the funeral, brought food, or kindly donated to Marie Curie in Desmond's memory, we say thank you.
Your kindness, thoughts, and prayers were, and continue to be, of great support to us and are very much appreciated.
We also want to acknowledge and record our appreciation for the care provided by medical, nursing and many other staff in both Altnagelvin and Antrim hospitals during his stays.
Thanks to Medical, District Nursing and other staff from Draperstown Health Centre for their care, compassion and support.
In addition, thanks to the Helping Hands Carers, Magherafelt, for their diligence and support latterly and lastly, to the Marie Curie staff.
Thanks are also due to Rev. Trevor Boyd for providing pastoral care and practical arrangements, as well as to Rev. John Martin for his uplifting funeral service.
To the many other friends and family for their care, kindness, visits, and support to our Father over the years, thank you.
We are also grateful to Watters Funeral Directors, Tobermore, for the professional, compassionate, and dignified manner in which they helped with the funeral arrangements and on the day.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
