His wife Agnes, sons and the entire family circle of the late Dessie R.I.P. wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
A special thanks to Fr. Crowley P.P. for his spiritual support, guidance, pastoral care and for celebrating the Requiem Mass.
Thanks to Faoiltiarna Burke for the beautiful music; the church sacristan Rosetta and Sean Mullan who prepared the grave.
We also extend out gratitude to the Parish for the use of the Parish Hall and to all the ladies who kindly provided refreshments following the funeral.
Sincere thanks to the community carers and nursing staff of Causeway Hospital who cared for and treated Dessie throughout his illness.
To everyone who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards and messages, telephoned, called at the home, attended the wake and funeral or stood along the funeral route as a mark of respect.
The family would also like to express their gratitude to McKiernan & Sons, Funeral Directors for the professional, compassionate and dedicated manner in which they guided and carried out all aspects of the funeral arrangements. We as a family are truly grateful for their personal attention to detail.
The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
The month mind Mass for Dessie will be celebrated on Sunday 16th August at 10am in St. Mary’s Church, Ballerin
