The death has occurred of:
Diana LAIRD
Laird - 31st July 2026 peacefully at the Causeway Hospital, Diana Farley, Altananam Park, Ballycastle dearly loved wife of the late John Orme and former wife of John Shaftoe Walker, much loved mother of Andrew, Ginette and Gavin, mother-in-law of Jacqui, Chris and Helen, a devoted Nanny, great Nanny, dear sister of the late Peter and a very dear aunt and good friend to many.
Cremation has taken place in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium.
A Memorial Service will be held in St. James’s Parish Church, Ballycastle, on Saturday 26th September 2026, at a time to be confirmed.
A further Memorial Service will be held in St. Gabrielle’s Parish Church, Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne, England, on Saturday 7th November 2026, at a time to be confirmed.
