Dora’s daughter Yvonne and son Derek wish to convey their appreciation and sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement. We thank everyone who attended the funeral home and mum’s funeral service. Thank you to all who called at the family home, sent sympathy cards and telephoned with messages of condolence. Thank you for donations in lieu of flowers to Christ Church Maguiresbridge and NI Chest Heart and Stroke.

Special thanks to Rev Lindsey Farrell who visited mum at home over the past 2 years, and for her support to us throughout our time of bereavement, in addition to conducting the funeral service. Thank you to Mrs Hazel Hogg, Organist at the funeral service.

Our sincere thanks to Noel Robinson and staff at Dowler’s Funeral Services, and the Gravediggers for the professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were completed.

Thank you to Maguiresbridge Mothers Union for providing tea after the funeral service and to Colebrooke Parish for the use of their hall.

Thank you to Rapid Response, Ambulance Personnel, Medical Team in A&E at SWAH and to Dean Kenneth Hall who supported us on the day of mum’s passing.

We are extremely grateful to the team of GP’s at Maple Health Care and Admin staff who supported mum over the years. Thank you to Brenda Carson and Campbells Pharmacy for their professionalism and support on an ongoing basis.

A special word of thanks to the team of carers and District Nurses who cared for mum over the past 2 1/2 years, enabling her to fulfil her wish to remain in the comfort of her own home.

Mum truly appreciated her friends who visited her over the years, especially when her health deteriorated and she was less able to go out.
