The death has occurred of:
Doreen (Mater) NEWELL
7th January 2026. Peacefully with her close family by her side. Late of The Green, Conlig. Beloved wife of the late Hubert Newell. Dearly loved mum of Samuel, Thomas, and the late Corinne. Mother-in-law of Christine and the late Jacqueline. Devoted grandmother of Michelle, Julie, Diane, Sharon, Lee, Christopher, and Jade. Adored great-grandmother.
Doreen will be resting in her granddaughter Jade's home, 15 Balmoral Road, Bangor, BT19 7XA, from Sunday 11th January 2026 and visitors are welcome to call to pay their respects.
Service in S. Clarke and Son's Funeral Church, Bangor, on Wednesday 14th January 2026 at 12.00 noon. Committal afterwards to Clandeboye Cemetery.
