We, the family of the late Dorena Cassidy, would like to express our heartfelt gratitude
to everyone who supported us during this difficult time.
Your kindness, comforting words, prayers, messages, Mass cards
and gestures of sympathy have provided immense comfort and reassurance,
and we are deeply appreciative of the love shown to our mummy and to us as a family.
Thank you to all who attended the wake and funeral, called to the house,
brought food, sent cards and flowers and or kept us in their thoughts and prayers.
Your support has meant more than words can say and will always be remembered with sincere thanks.
We would especially like to extend our deepest gratitude to the amazing nurses and doctors
in Ward 24, Altnagelvin Hospital for all they had done for us and for Dorena herself, we will always be eternally grateful.
We are especially grateful to Fr Seán O’Donnell and to all those who participated in the liturgy, readings and offertory.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to Blondie and Brian Lindsey for the beautiful music that was provided during and after the service.
We would like to also thank Rebecca, Martin and Jonathan for having her look so well.
A special word of thanks to Jude and all the staff at Quigley’s Funeral Home
for their compassion, professionalism, dignity and care throughout this difficult time.
Their guidance and support made an unbearable time easier for our family.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually,
we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token
of our appreciation and gratitude to all who supported us during this heart breaking time.
