The Daughters and extended Family of the late Dorothy Crooks wish to express heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported us during our recent sad bereavement. We are deeply grateful to all who attended the wake and funeral service, sent cards or messages of sympathy and generously donated in lieu of flowers to Knockloughrim Presbyterian Church.
Special thanks to Rev. Trevor Boyd for his pastoral care and for leading the funeral service and to Tanya Stewart for providing the music.
We sincerely appreciate the staff of Bellaghy Medical Centre, especially Dr. Woulahan, Dr. Murphy and receptionist Mrs. Briege Mawhinney, for their kindness and support to Dorothy over the years. Our deepest thanks also go to District Nursing Sister Joanne Loughlin and her dedicated team for their compassionate care, particularly in Dorothy’s final months.
We are especially grateful to Wendy Speirs-Allen, Lorraine Hassan and Carol Sterling for their companionship to Dorothy and to Edith Blair and her team for the lovely food and refreshments following the funeral service.
Finally, our thanks to Helen, Kirsty and the team at D. Watters Funeral Services for their compassion, professionalism and care and to Mr. John Spratt who prepared the grave.
