O'Hagan. The family of the late Eamar O'Hagan wish to express our sincere thanks to everyone who supported and sympathised with us during our recent sad bereavement. We are deeply thankful to everyone who called to the wake, attended the funeral, sent Mass and sympathy cards and messages of condolences, brought food and made donations to Motor Neurone Disease Association.
We especially wish to thank Dr Paul Conlon and the staff at Wynne Hill Surgery, Dr Raeburn Forbes Consultant Neurologist CAH, the Palliative Care team in particular Christina, Samantha and Fiona, District Nursing Team especially Carolyn and Occupational Therapist Jenna. Also Kathryn, Respiratory Physio from BH&SCT and Conor from RespiCare.
Our sincere thanks to Father Kingsley Idoghor for the beautiful Requiem Mass and Martin Lavery and Clara Costely for their exceptional musical contributions.
We also extend our appreciation to Jack and Margaret McLearnon for the caring and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
Although it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement and thanks as a token of our family's deep appreciation to you all
