The family of the late Eileen & Henry Lavery RIP wish to express their most sincere thanks to our extended family, friends and neighbours who overwhelmed us with their kindness, generosity and support during this very difficult time.
A special word of thanks to Fr Declan Mulligan for all his pastoral visits at home and in hospital and for conducting the beautiful Requiem Mass and funeral service with empathy and grace.
To all the staff of Aghalee Surgery, Aghalee Pharmacy, Lurgan Hospital Ward 3 and Craigavon Area Hospital Ramone Acute Frailty Unit and 2 South for their unfailing care and attention.
Also, to the Emergency Response Teams who attended both our parents. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Domiciliary Care Team who cared for Mum and Dad at home, along with the District Nursing Team, Community Allied Health professionals and the Marie Curie Team.
Thanks to all those who partook in the Mass especially Maeve McStravick, Soloist and Aine McKee, Musician who provided the beautiful music, Kieran Mulholland for preparing Mum and Dad's grave and Michael Mulholland and all the staff at the Derryhirk Inn for providing the catering after the funeral.
We wish to sincerely thank the staff at Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors for their dedication in providing the professional support, personal supervision and service to our family during the wake and funeral. To all those who sent donations, cheques payable to Marie Curie (c/o Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors) or online via www.ronniethompson.co.uk, sent Mass cards, letters and cards of sympathy, telephoned, called at the home, brought gifts and food, attended the funeral or helped in any other way, we are so grateful.
As it would be impossible to thank you all personally, we hope you will accept this acknowledgement of our most sincere and humble thanks.
A month's Mind Mass will be celebrated for Eileen & Henry on Sunday 30th November at 9am in St. Patrick’s Church, Aghagallon.
