The death has occurred of:
Eileen McGirr (née Comac)
Acknowledgement
The family of the late Eileen McGirr would like to express our heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to all who sympathised with us during our recent sad bereavement of our loving mother and grandmother.
We are most grateful to our wider family, friends, and neighbours and friends from Galbally, Coalisland and further afield for their kindness and support. We would like to thank everyone who called to the house, telephoned, sent mass and sympathy cards, messages, flowers, and to those who attended the wake and funeral. Your thoughtfulness brought us great comfort and strength at such a difficult time.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the staff at The Medical Centre Coalisland and in particular Dr O’Donnell for all his support over the years. Thank you to the staff of O’Neills Chemist. We are especially grateful to the carers who cared for Eileen with such kindness, compassion, dignity and respect who have become extended family over the years.
A word of thanks to Father Moore for his support throughout this difficult time, and for the beautiful Requiem Mass celebrating Eileen’s life. To Siobhan Robinson for providing beautiful music and singing, thank you so much.
Thanks to everyone who brought food and equipment to the house, your generosity was overwhelming and appreciated. Thanks to Kelly Anne and her team from Kitch Catering for the beautiful funeral lunch.
Thanks to Designs By Therese for the beautiful wreaths. Thanks to Gary Harte for preparing the grave. Thanks to the sacristan for preparing the chapel
A very special word of thanks to Patsy and Edel at Taggart Funeral Services for the compassionate and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements, and the support and guidance they gave the family throughout and since has been greatly appreciated.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
Eileen’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Monday 10th November at 7.30pm, in St. Mary’s and St Joseph’s Church, Coalisland.
Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. St Martin pray for her.
