Eileen McGuirk
Died 14th May 2022 R.I.P.

The family of the late Eileen McGuirk (nee McLaughlin) wish to express our sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
We were especially touched by the kindness of our own family circle in both County Derry and County Cavan, our neighbours, friends and work colleagues. To those who paid their respects, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, phone calls, messages via text and social media, flowers and food, these were a great comfort to us at a difficult time.
Thank you to Fr Séan O’Donnell for celebrating the requiem mass, to Fr Noel McDermott for his spiritual support to Eileen over the years and also to Peter McLaughlin and Rachael for the beautiful music and singing. Special thanks to the amazing district nurses at Eglinton Medical Practice your support was priceless. A word of thanks to the staff in Ward 44 and 21, Altnagelvin Hospital, the Carers in the Community (Bryson Care), the Marie Curie Nurses, the Palliative Care Team, the Rapid Response Team, Dr Claudia Wilson at Bovally Medical Practice, Donna and Alexa in Boots Pharmacy in Ballykelly, your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed.
Thanks also to the undertakers, Brendan and Thomas O’Brien, for the caring, compassionate and professional way they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Eileen’s months mind mass will be held on Friday 1st July 2022 at 7.30pm in Star of the Sea, Faughanvale
