The Sons, Daughters, Sons-in-Law, Daughters-in-Law, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, of Eileen wish to express our sincere gratitude to our extended family, mums’ many nieces & nephews, relatives, neighbours, friends and work colleagues who supported us at the sad loss of our mother.

Thanks also to those who attended the wake and funeral, sent messages of sympathy either online, by telephone, text, mass and sympathy cards.

Thanks to those who travelled long distances to be with us and to those who followed the funeral service on The Parish Webcam. Thanks also goes to mums “Whist Friends” who attended the wake.

Thanks to all involved in Mums care at Craigavon Area Hospital in the 4 weeks prior to her passing, Loy Medical Staff ie Dr McKeever, Dr Hutton, Dr Davidson and Practice Staff and also Falls Pharmacy, Cookstown who took care of her medication.

To Joanna and Colleen, Niall A Loughran Funeral Directors for their attention to detail and professional manner in which they carried out their duties. Thanks also to the Gravedigger Sean Rafferty (Pomeroy) who prepared Mum’s final resting place and also the Church Sacristan.

We thank the Ladies who provided the Catering Services at our home and to those who brought gifts and supplied food for the family.

We thank Kildress Wolfe Tones GFC for the use of their facilities and to those who organised the transport and operated the traffic management at the wake.

We thank Fr Hughes for his spiritual support to Mum over many years and his fitting Eulogy at the funeral service where he was assisted by Fr Brian McNally, Fr Brian Fitzpatrick, and Fr Peter Madden. Thanks also to Bishop Eamon Martin for his spiritual support.

We want to commend Emer and the Choir for the beautiful hymns and music at our Mum’s funeral.

Thanks to Mickey McElhatton, Greenvale Hotel for providing refreshments following the funeral.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this as a token of the family’s appreciation for the support you have given and continue to give us. Eileen’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday 2 January 2026 @ 7.30 pm in Church of St Josephs, Killeenan, Cookstown BT80 9JD
