The husband John, daughter Rachel Jayne and her fiancé Thomas wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
A special word of thanks to Rev. David Henry for his prayers, words of comfort and for conducting the funeral service, also thanks to Hannah and Matthew Davidson for the Songs of Praise and music.
Thanks to Dr Gavin Devlin and staff from Montalto Medical Centre, the staff at Marie Curie Hospice, the district nurses and the palliative care team for all their unfailing care and attention and the staff at the Ulster Hospital and MacMillan McDermott Unit for their care over the past few years.
