Elizabeth (Lily) McCLURG
McCLURG Elizabeth (Lily) passed away on the 13th March 2020 with her children at her side. Wife of the late Billy, loving mother of daughters June, Elizabeth and Valarie and son Billy, much loved mother in law of Hugh and Fra and precious grandmother and great grandmother.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday 19th March 2020 in Cavehill Methodist Church at 2pm followed by committal in Roselawn Crematorium.
God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be, he put his arms around you and whispered, ‘come to me’. With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away and although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best.
