We, the family of the late Maud Read wish to convey our most sincere thanks for the sympathy, love and support extended to us in our time of loss. The presence of family, friends and neighbours at the wake and at funeral was a great comfort to us all.
Sincere thanks to all those who helped at the wake and brought food. Thanks also to all those who helped with parking cars both at the wake and the funeral.
We are very grateful for the expressions of sympathy and love extended to us all with many cards, telephone calls, texts and all who donated to Pettigo Presbyterian Church.
Also, thanks to Rev Gunther Andrich for his pastoral care to mother and his support at the funeral service. Thanks to Mr Graeme Read for leading the funeral service and his fitting tribute.
To Rev Charles Clements for prayers and support at the home and to Rev Brian Hunt for the beautiful music in the church.
Thanks to all staff at Silverdale Nursing Home for their care and also thanks to all carers who looked after mother over the years.
Finally, we are deeply grateful to Keith Elliott - W T Morrison Undertakers for their care and compassion in carrying out the funeral arrangements.
