The family of the late Elizabeth McGeown would like to express their sincere thanks to everyone who offered sympathy, kindness and support following their recent bereavement. We greatly appreciate all who called at McAlinden and Murtagh’s Funeral Home, attended the funeral, sent Mass or sympathy cards, shared messages of comfort, or helped us in any way during this difficult time.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Father Brian Fitzpatrick PP for his spiritual support and for celebrating Elizabeth’s beautiful Requiem Mass. We are also very grateful to Niamh Murray for the beautiful music, which added greatly to the dignity and comfort of the service.

A special word of thanks is extended to the management, and especially the staff, of Belvedere Residential Care Home for the exceptional care, kindness and compassion shown to Elizabeth. Your dedication and support were a great comfort to our family.

We also wish to express our sincere gratitude to McAlinden and Murtagh Funeral Directors for their care, guidance and professionalism throughout this very sad and difficult time.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our heartfelt appreciation.

Elizabeth’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place today, Wednesday, 11th March at 7.00pm in St Mary’s Church, Derrytrasna.
