Ellen MILLAR (née Lafferty)
With heavy hearts, the family of Ellen Millar shares the news of her peaceful passing at home surrounded by her loving family on 3rd October 2026. Beloved wife of the late John, devoted mother of William (Patricia), Sean (Angela), Marie (Martin), Desmond (Mandy), Gerard (Fiona), Georgina (Dominic) and Helen, a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother and dear sister of James, Alice, John and the late Desmond, Liam and Richard Lafferty.
A most gentle, sweet natured lady, with a smile that warmed the hearts of all who knew her, Ellen loved her life with grace and kindness. We were incredibly blessed to have her as our mum and her loveable nature will live on in our hearts.
Ellen will be reposing in her home,12 Josephine Terrace, Limavady from 4 pm on Saturday. Funeral from there on Monday 5th October at 9.30 am for 10 o'clock Requiem Mass in Christ the King Church, Limavady. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
