Joan, Pearl and Leslie, the family of the late Elsie Millar, wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who sent messages, letters, and sympathy cards, telephoned, attended the wake, or supported them in any way during their recent bereavement. To walk into a church filled to capacity was something truly special- a very fitting tribute to our Mother. This presence brought great comfort to us all.

We extend our thanks to Rev Edgar for the fitting funeral service of Thanksgiving in Kilfennan Presbyterian Church, the organist Mr Terry Smith, and all of the church members who visited Mum. A very big thank you to those who prepared and served the refreshments after the funeral service.

Thank you to those who sent donations to Marie Curie in lieu of flowers – these are greatly appreciated by Marie Curie and us.

Our sincere thanks goes to all at Daleview Care Home for their unwavering support and the exceptional care given to Mum while she was there. We would also thank to thank the “ Hospital at Home Team” and Dr Paul Molloy for their professionalism, and comfort they provided.

To Willie, Kieran, Noeleen and the team at W J O’Brien and Son, Funeral Directors, thank you for guiding us through this difficult time with care and professionalism. You brought comfort, compassion and dignity to every step of our final journey with Mum.

It is impossible to thank everyone individually, so please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our sincere gratitude for being there for us.

Have you considered?
