The son and daughters of the late Ethna Teague would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our extended family members, friends and neighbours for their kindness, sympathy, support and generosity in our recent sad loss of our dear Mum.

We are especially grateful to those who attended Mum's wake, funeral, sent mass cards, flowers and shared many fond memories. Your kind words have brought a great comfort and solace to us at this difficult time.

We convey our appreciation to both Fr Hasson who attended Mum in her final days and provided spiritual guidance to us and Mum. Also, to Fr McCartan who led such a respectful, meaningful mass and for his fitting eulogy of our Mum. Thanks also to the Eucharistic Ministers.

A huge thank you to all of Mum' s carers over the past number of years, who were so kind to her, and friendships were made. We will treasure the memories of your care and compassion.

A special word of thanks goes to Mum’s niece Shauna and husband Mark for the beautiful music and singing which touched us so deeply. Your contribution was incredibly special.

Our deepest gratitude goes to Dr Corry, Dr Brown and all the staff at Carrickmore Health Centre, The District Nurses, Marie Curie and the Rapid Response Team for their care and compassion shown to Mum during her final days.

Thank you to Farley’s Funeral Directors especially Fergal and Paddy, for their professional, dignified and compassionate funeral arrangements and to the gravediggers who prepared Mum’s final resting place.

Thank you to Farley’s Bar, Beragh for the refreshments after the funeral and to our close friends and family who helped in the kitchen throughout the wake, especially Caroline. Thanks is also extended to Killyclogher GFC and to Beragh Red Knights.

We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude.
Go raibh míle maith agaibh.

Mum’s Month’s Mind will be celebrated in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Beragh on Thursday 21st August 2025 at 7.30 pm.
