Eugene Gallagher
We the family of the late Eugene Gallagher, Dromore, who passed away on the 29th July 2026, wish to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who supported us following our recent bereavement.
We are deeply grateful to all those who sent heartfelt messages, mass cards, flowers, offered condolences, prayers and who attended his wake and Requiem Mass.
Our sincere thanks to all those who cared for Eugene at home with such kindness and compassion. A special word of thanks to Father Joseph Mokwe and Father Denis Dolan for their spiritual guidance and prayerful comfort during this time, and the fitting Requiem Mass they celebrated for Eugene. We would also like to convey our appreciation to the Sacristan and to all those who took part in the Mass, thanks also to our singers and musician for the beautiful music they provided. We wish to offer our thanks to Sheenagh at Bumblebee Garden for the beautiful floral tributes and the Coach Inn for providing the refreshments afterwards.
Thank you to Donal Mellon Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out, and to those who prepared Eugene’s final resting place.
A special word of thanks to our friends, neighbours and family who helped in so many ways throughout the wake. Your kindness, care and generosity were greatly appreciated by us all. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a sincere expression of our families heartfelt gratitude and appreciation.
Eugene’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 5th of September at 7pm in St Davog’s Church Dromore.
