Until heaven calls us home some nights, I close my eyes and imagine you in heaven, smiling with joy untouched by pain, free from every burden, it comforts my heart to believe God has given you the peace this world never could.
Even with that hope, i still miss you every day, i miss your voice, your laughter and the ordinary moments that became the greatest treasures of my life, love doesn't end when someone leaves this world.
Instead, love becomes prayers, gratitude and hope i thank God for every memory we shared because true love continues to live in the heart he created.
Until the day God, in his perfect time brings us together again i will keep loving you, keep remembering you and keep trusting that heaven is only a beautiful goodbye not the end of our story.
