Fintan McGARVEY
We, the family of the late Fintan Mc Garvey would like to thank everyone who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement. Thanks to everyone who attended the wake, brought food, sent mass cards, and those who helped in any way. We also thank our neighbours and friends for the kindness shown to Fintan.
Thanks to the carers and staff of Craigdene Care Home who treated Fintan with such care and attention. Thanks to the doctors and nurses at Altnagelvin hospital who looked after Fintan in his final days. We also thank the chaplains at Altnagelvin hospital for providing spiritual support to Fintan.
We thank Fr James Devine for his prayers and attendance at the wake and for celebrating Fintan’s Requiem mass. To all the readers and to Jackie Fox for the beautiful music which greatly enhanced the service.
We would like to thank McGuigan funeral directors for their guidance and support in conducting the funeral arrangements and to the gravediggers for preparing Fintan’s final resting place. Finally we thank Ann Marie Mossey for providing the refreshments after the funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude.
Fintan’s months mind mass will take place
On Friday 13th February at 7.30pm in St Mary’s Church Rouskey.
