Fiona McNAMEE

The Month’s Mind Mass for Fiona McNamee will be held on Sunday, 7th December at 11:30am in Saint Mary’s Oratory.

It is hard to believe a month has passed since Fiona left us. Not a day goes by that her absence isn’t deeply felt. We miss her warmth, her laughter, and the gentle way she showed her love. Though our hearts are still aching, we are carried by the kindness shown to us during these difficult weeks.

Fiona’s family wish to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone who reached out in our time of grief. Your prayers, messages, visits, and quiet acts of love brought comfort when we needed it most. Thank you to those who sent cards and flowers, prepared food, or simply stood beside us when words were hard to find.

We offer special thanks to the clergy who celebrated Fiona’s Funeral Mass, the sacristan, church staff, and the musicians whose music lifted our hearts. Our sincere gratitude also goes to the doctors, nurses, carers, and all who tended to Fiona with dignity, compassion, and gentleness.

A very special word of thanks is also extended to the undertakers and grave digger for their professionalism, support, and the respectful care they showed to Fiona and to our family during such a difficult time.

To our neighbours, friends, and extended family—your support has been a light in a very dark time. Your kindness will remain with us always.

As we gather for her Month’s Mind Mass, we hold Fiona close in our hearts, remembering her with love, gratitude, and an ache that will never truly fade. May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace.

Forever loved, forever missed.

Have you considered?
