Milligan - Florence (Flo) 21st January 2026 peacefully at home Dearly loved wife of Eddie, loving mother of Mark, much loved sister of Olive and her husband David. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday 28th January in Melville Morgan Funeral Home, 195 York Road, Belfast BT15 3HB at 2.45p.m. with committal afterwards in Roselawn Crematorium.
