Husband Tom and daughter Mary, and extended family circle, would like to take the time to thank all those who gave tremendous support through the difficult time. To all those who offered sympathy, prayers and support throughout Frances' long illness, bravely borne. We want to especially thank her best friends Del and Dorothy for their continued support and kindness during all the time of her sickness and right up to the end. To our lovely neighbours and friends, Alice and Ann, for all their kindness. Heartfelt thanks to all who attended the wake and funeral, brought mass cards and messages of sympathy. Thanks to all who made tea and helped in any way during the wake and after the funeral service.
Heartfelt thanks to Fr. McGeehan for visiting mammy at home, and for the prayers and support, at the wake and especially for the beautiful mass and graveside prayers.
Thank you so much to Kathryan for the beautiful singing and accompanied by Charlotte on the organ at Mammy's mass. It was truly moving and brought such comfort to us.
We would particularly like to thank Dr. Deane and Dr. Knox in Racecourse Medical for the wonderful care and kindness shown to Mammy over the years. We know how much she appreciated the warmth and friendliness shown to her over the years.
To the District Nurses for their visits in her last week and Hospice Care at Home team for the visits during her last week.
The family would like to sincerely thank the Doctors and Nursing staff at the Northwest Cancer Centre for their care and dedication shown throughout the past two years.
We would also like to thank Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors for the professionalism and sympathy during the wake and funeral.
Frances' Month's Mind Mass is on Monday 21st September at 7:00pm in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown.
