Frank McCRYSTAL

The entire family of the late Frank McCrystal wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. We are deeply grateful to relatives, friends and neighbours who called to our home, sent cards, letters of condolence, flowers, and brought food. We thank those who attended the wake, funeral Mass and burial and those who travelled long distances to express their sympathies in person. Thanks to our wonderful neighbours and friends who helped serve refreshments during the wake.
A special thanks to all those who cared for Frank in the final week of his illness especially to Dr. Bateson, the paramedics and the doctors and nurses from Antrim Area Hospital.

We thank Fr. Boyle for his support and for celebrating the beautiful funeral Mass, delivering such a personal and special homily. We would also like to thank Monsignor Jim Carroll, Fr. Emelyn McGinn and Fr. Aidan McCrystal who assisted at the funeral Mass and made it so beautiful.

The music was movingly performed by singer Ellie O’Neill, violinist Patrick Bell and flautist Éadbhard Gribbin.

Thank you to the grandchildren for reading during the beautiful mass and to Peter Canavan and Mark Loughran for carrying the gifts in the offertory procession.

A special thanks goes to the Morris family and the Glenavon Hotel for their support during the wake and post funeral refreshments.

Thank you to Joanna Loughran and all at Niall Loughran Funeral Directors for the caring and dignified way in which they dealt with everything for our family.

As it would not be possible to thank everyone individually for their generosity and thoughtfulness during this time, we trust that this acknowledgement will serve as an expression of our sincere appreciation.

Frank’s month mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 3rd January at 6pm in Holy Trinity Church Cookstown and may also be viewed on the parish webcam.
