Fiona and the family of the late Gabriel Kelly wish to offer their heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with us on the loss of our beloved husband and Daddy.
To all those who came to the wake, attended the funeral, brought mass cards, flowers, sent messages, phoned, left comments and posted on social media, we are so thankful and appreciate it all.
Thank you to Al Forno’s, Tasty Mac’s our local shops and everyone who brought food to our family home. Thank you to Corky and the staff of Kinturk Cultural Centre for the food after the funeral. To the committee of the community hall for the use of their facilities. Also, to Moortown St Malachy’s for their assistance with car parking.
We are so grateful to our amazing neighbours, extended family, friends who helped with tea at the family home, funeral arrangements and for all the years of great friendship with us and Gabriel. Also a loving word to the fantastic people who are always there for Ciara.
A special word of thanks to Fr. Tremer for the support and guidance provided to the family and Gabriel during this difficult time and for the lovely funeral Mass. Thank you to the Sacristan and the Eucharistic Ministers and to Margaret Ann for providing the beautiful singing which added so much to the funeral mass.
Thanks also to Dr Gray and Staff of Coagh Medical Centre, MacMillan Unit & Laurel House Antrim and to John and the staff of Coagh Pharmacy. A special thank you to the Community Specialist Palliative Care Team, District Nurses, and Enable Care Services for your outstanding care, the support was very much appreciated.
Our family would like to sincerely thank Conan and Pat of Lavery’s Funeral Directors, for your support, professionalism, and dignity shown throughout Gabriel’s wake and funeral. Thanks also to the grave diggers for preparing the grave.
We are overwhelmed by the support and kindness we have received, as it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Gabriel’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Monday 25th May at 7:30pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Moortown. Mass can also be viewed on the Church Webcam for all those unable to attend in person. (link below).
