We the family of the late Gary Mc Elhatton wish to express our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported us with kindness, sympathy and prayers during our recent loss. The overwhelming compassion shown to us has been a great source of comfort at this very difficult time. We are truly thankful to all who attended the funeral, joined with us via livestream, sent Mass cards, flowers, sympathy messages and offered support in so many thoughtful and meaningful ways.

We extend our sincere thanks to Fr Paddy Hughes for celebrating such a beautiful, dignified and meaningful Funeral Mass, and for his compassion, guidance and support throughout. We are also deeply grateful to Fr Moore, Fr Boyle and Fr Madden for their spiritual support, prayers and presence, which brought us much comfort.

A very special word of thanks is extended to Niall A. Loughran Funeral Directors and especially to Joanna, for her kindness, sensitivity and professionalism. Her care, attention to detail and guidance helped ease the burden on our family and ensured that Gary’s funeral arrangements were carried out with great dignity and respect.

We would also like to thank all those who assisted in any way with the funeral arrangements, including those who prepared Gary’s final resting place. Your efforts did not go unnoticed and are deeply appreciated.

Gary will be forever loved, missed and remembered by his devoted wife Tracey, his loving father Brendan and mother Bernie, his brothers John and Ferghal, his sister-in-law Donna, and his cherished nephew and nieces who brought him so much joy. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the Mc Elhatton and Devlin families, and to our wider family circle, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their continued support, kindness and prayers.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a sincere expression of our deep appreciation and gratitude to all who have supported us in any way.

Gary’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 18th April in Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown at 6.00pm.

Padre Pio have mercy on his gentle soul.
