Ian and Alan Kernohan and families, together with Florence Johnston, would like to express our sincere thanks to all those who supported and sympathised with us following our recent sad bereavement.
To our family, friends and neighbours, to those who telephoned, sent cards, called at the family home, attended the funeral ceremony, made donations to Parkinson's UK and to all who assisted us in any other way during this difficult time. Your kindness and generosity have been a great comfort to us all.
Special thanks to Rev. Trevor McNeill for conducting the funeral service in such a dignified manner and for his pastoral care and support to the family. Also to the organist Jill Pearson, Kirk Session, Committee and members of Duneane Presbyterian Church, for their prayers, help and support with the funeral service.
We were deeply touched to see such a large turnout at both the wake and funeral ceremony where so many people came out to pay their respects to George. Sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses and carers for their care, help and support and to The Yew Tree, Antrim for providing the catering services.
Finally, grateful thanks to Jackie and all the staff at Bairds of Antrim for conducting the funeral arrangements with such compassion and for their help and support during our bereavement.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
