The late George Kerrigan

Naomi, Dáira, Callum and Zachary along with Georges parents Kathleen and George, sister Catriona and brother Christopher, son in law to Brian and Susie Harkin, brother in law to Linda and Adrian, Cathal and Lisa and Bryan would like to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent loss.

Thank you to Archbishop Fr Eamon Martin and all the priests who attended to George at the hospital and wake and for their prayers, support and guidance during this time in particular Fr McCaughey and Fr Bradley for celebrating Georges requiem Mass.

Thanks to those who participated in the mass, particularly to those who contributed to the music.

A heartfelt thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of Ward 40 at Altnagelvin Hospital and Ward 6 at the Royal Victoria Hospital. Their support and guidance provided to George and the family at this time was invaluable and compassionate.

Thank you to the Magnet Bar and staff for their hospitality and beautiful food.

Thanks to the relatives, neighbours and Georges friends who called to the home with gifts, food, flowers and cards.

Thank you to St Cecilia’s College, St Patrick’s Primary School, St Columbs College and Ardnashee School and College.

Thank you to Oxford United Football Club and Steelstown Brian Og’s GAC.

Thank you to J & S Powder Coating Ltd, Solis EMC, Cityprint, Southern Youth & Family Services (SYFS) Australia and Dicey Riley’s Hotel, Australia.

Thank you to all the prayer groups and individuals around the world for keeping George and his family in their prayers.

Thank you to Bradley & McLaughlin for the dignified way in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as an expression of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.

The holy sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions as a token of our appreciation.

Georges Month’s Mind will be at St Patrick’s Pennyburn on Thursday 7th March at 7pm.
