The family of the late Geraldine wish to express their heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to everyone who offered their condolences, prayers and support following the loss of our much loved Mum, Granny, Wife, Sister and Aunt.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended the wake and funeral, sent Mass cards and messages of sympathy, and offered their kindness and support during this difficult time.

We are deeply grateful to our neighbours and friends who helped us in so many ways throughout the wake. A special word of thanks to our neighbours, friends, family and to our local business, Clogher Valley Meats, who so generously provided food and refreshments. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Cathal McGirr for providing the marquee. Your kindness, generosity and support were greatly appreciated.

Our sincere thanks to Sinead and Plunkett for the beautiful music during the Funeral Mass, and to Canon McGahan for his guidance, support and for celebrating such a lovely and meaningful Funeral Mass. We are also very grateful to Father McAnenly for his spiritual guidance and support in mum's burial service.

We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Mum’s carers in St Macartan's Nursing home and to the Acute Care team for the kindness, care and compassion they showed to her.

Our sincere thanks to FMC Funeral Services Peadar and Ryan, for their professionalism, compassion and dignity throughout the wake and funeral, and to the gravediggers for preparing Mum’s final resting place with such care, dignity and respect.

Thank you also to the Charm Inn and all their staff for providing the food and refreshments following the funeral.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a sincere expression of our family’s heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to everyone who supported us in any way.

Geraldine’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday 21st August at 7.00pm in St Patrick’s Church, Clogher.
